Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary Comm

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and budgets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Increase revenue, profitability, and retention rates for key accounts.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies in consultation with clients.
• Ensure high levels of service through effective support, communication, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate with agents, steamship lines, and air carriers to ensure seamless service.
• Coordinate shipments with operations and global agents.
• Manage profit and loss statements and determine shipment profitability.
• Stay updated on international business regulations and logistics market trends.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of logistics operations across maritime, air, rail, and land.
• Strong understanding of shipment documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Strategic thinking for market penetration and business growth.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing customer business.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and transportation management.
