Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 Base Salary Benefits
About the Opportunity:
Cast USA is seeking an experienced MDM SQL Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring high data quality, governance, and seamless integration across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement strategic MDM initiatives that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of MDM systems while proactively identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices and adherence to MDM standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize MDM solutions.
- Database Management: Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and data partitioning.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of MDM architectures, data flows, configurations, and best practices.
- Solution Design: Participate in the design and implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
- Integration Management: Manage the integration of MDM systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) to enable seamless data flow and synchronization.
- Architecture Development: Develop and maintain MDM architecture, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand business needs and implement effective data solutions.
Key skills and experience:
- Required Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a similar role focused on Master Data Management (preferably with Enterworks).
- Strong knowledge of MDM tools, technologies, and architectures.
- Hands-on experience with MDM implementations, including data modeling, data mapping, workflow development, and integration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools (ETL, APIs).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their application in MDM solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business users.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
