We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Production Manager to lead our home textile production operations. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, coordinate with international factories, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This full-time, onsite role may adjust based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production timelines to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure production aligns with design specifications.
• Lead new product development, evaluating samples, colors, and techniques for new collections.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the production team.
• Develop and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Track production output, making adjustments to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, product testing protocols, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and delivery processes.
• Keep accurate production records and analyze data to inform decision-making.

Key Duties:

• Manage bespoke orders for high-end clients
• Serve as liaison between sales and design for custom projects
• Oversee custom design approval from concept to production
• Provide solutions and production capabilities to sales team
• Collaborate with departments to manage production workflow
• Track purchase orders and communicate with vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of stock and custom orders
• Manage new product development and sample ranges
• Maintain SKU database and production records
• Coordinate with vendors on defect resolution and sample organization
• Support head of production with stock and KPI reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management and development within a comparable manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing staff.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on implementing process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, and production software.
