A Stock Administration Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing stock, generating and maintaining inventory reports, and controlling the storage of goods to ensure optimal use of warehouse space. This role is also in charge of coordinating regular stock checks and audits, identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize stock errors and prevent losses.

Their role involves continuously updating higher management on inventory status, potential stock issues, and the implementation and success of stock control measures.
