Job Title: Sales Manager - LTL (Frozen, Fresh & Dry Van)
Location: Remote
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand LTL sales across frozen, fresh, and dry van sectors

• Identify and close new business opportunities nationwide

• Drive sales through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic lead generation

• Cultivate strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize freight capacity and service levels

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in LTL sales within frozen foods, fresh produce, or dry van transportation

• Strong industry relationships and a track record of closing high-value accounts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
