They strive to ensure that the clients are engaging more with the organization's products or services, leading to an increase in sales and client retention.

The Director of Account Management typically reports to a higher executive role such as a Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Account Management, or the Chief Executive Officer depending on the company’s structure. They work closely with other departments to ensure that all client needs are being met and provide updates on accounts to senior management.
